The Tenpoint Therapeutics™ Ethics and Compliance program consists of seven fundamental elements that serve as the foundation for our risk management efforts. These elements are consistently reviewed and refined to ensure they remain aligned with evolving business strategies, current practices, and changes in the external environment.
Tenpoint Therapeutics™ has an appointed Compliance Officer who is responsible for developing, operating, and monitoring the Comprehensive Compliance Program (CCP). A Compliance Committee has also been formed to assist with CCP implementation.
We establish and maintain policies and procedures that provide clear expectations for ethical and compliant conduct for all employees.
Training and education is provided to all Tenpoint Therapeutics™ employees and helps them understand applicable requirements and their role in supporting compliance.
The company uses various internal communication tools to address compliance topics with employees. We promote a culture in which questions can be raised, issues are addressed at company meetings, guidance can be sought, and concerns can be reported through appropriate channels.
Routine compliance monitoring and audits are conducted to help identify issues and evaluate program effectiveness. This ongoing enhancement process holds us accountable and enables us to respond effectively to new challenges and opportunities within the compliance landscape. In addition, we conduct compliance risk assessments periodically to enable the organization to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
The CCP mandates prompt responses to potential violations of law, regulation, industry codes, or company policies. Each potential violation is investigated and evaluated individually. When appropriate, disciplinary action—including termination—is taken.
Upon investigation of reported or detected compliance issues, the company assesses whether additional corrective actions are warranted.
Our Code of Conduct sets expectations for employees and everyone who conducts business on behalf of Tenpoint Therapeutics™ and describes how we interact with our colleagues, customers, vendors, and patients with integrity and compliance. New employees are required to complete training on the Code of Conduct upon joining Tenpoint Therapeutics™.
The Code and related trainings include instructions on how employees and other individuals can report concerns, including through the Tenpoint Ethics Hotline—a third-party vendor that is available 24/7. Failure to comply with our Code of Conduct, Tenpoint Therapeutics™ policies, or applicable laws can result in disciplinary and corrective action, up to and including termination of employment, or termination of contractual relationships, where applicable.
