Our Employee Engagement Committee is where ideas for connection come to life. Made up of employees who are passionate about engagement and volunteer their time, the EEC plans seasonal celebrations, supports employee groups, and sparks creative ways to bring people together. From knowledge-sharing to contests to community-building activities, the committee helps make Tenpoint Therapeutics^™ a place where people want to be—because they enjoy the work they’re doing and the connections they have with their colleagues. And when it comes to contests, it’s all about the fun—there are no losers, and the only prize is bragging rights.

The committee is intentionally

Monthly All-Staff Meetings

Our All-Staffs are more than company updates—they’re chances to connect as people. Alongside business news, we celebrate life events, share personal stories, and make space for fun.
