Gabriella Rolli is Chief Technology Officer of Tenpoint Therapeutics. Gabriella brings over 25 years of experience in leading innovative pharmaceutical development programs in the field of Advanced Therapy Medicinal Product and Vaccines. Previously, she held leading positions at Novartis such as, Head of CMC C> Strategy & Portfolio and Head of Novel CAR-T Platform. Responsible for multi-disciplinary global teams covering CAR-T, CRISPR gene editing technology, human stem cells, and AAV platforms, with applications in oncological/haematological and ophthalmic therapeutic areas. With the position as Global Program Director at Janssen Vaccines she steered core global programs aimed at the development of affordable vaccines for emerging markets in collaboration with the WHO and Bill Gates Foundation. Prior to that, she was the Head of TechOps for the global Meningitis Franchise at Chiron/Novartis vaccines.
Gabriella holds a Bachelor of Biological Science degree from the University of Padua, Italy and a Master in in Advanced Technologies.
